John and his team were amazing throughout our wedding journey. Unfortunately, we had to cancel and then rebook due to covid, nothing was ever an issue from cancelling to rebooking to changing what I wanted from the original booking. John would always try and accommodate what we wanted and he did, the room looked amazing on the day we were over the moon it meant so much to us as it was top of my anxiety list great team would definitely recommend for future occasions.
I could not recommend John enough. After visiting the showroom back in 2020, we booked him for our wedding. He is absolutely amazing at what he does and his prices are very reasonable. Communication and customer service were excellent from start to finish. Our chapel looked breathtakingly beautiful with the blossom trees and John even stayed to move these to our reception room after the ceremony! He made our day perfect! Blossom Tree Hire Co. At very short notice ( 2 weeks before the wedding ) John helped to transform our daughter’s wedding into a wonderful event. He was contactable 24/7, was extremely flexible and very reassuring that he would make it perfect for our daughter. He delivered above and beyond what we expected, was also very hands on in setting up the three different wedding rooms during which his enthusiastic personality shone through. It was an absolute pleasure to meet such a friendly, interesting and caring individual who represents his company to the highest standards.
